The choices for organization type were done differently in 2008 than in 2007. Findings related to the 2008 responses include:
- A greater percentage of Art Directors, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Web Directors among partners in both large and small companies.
- A greater percentage of Designers, Web Designers, Webmasters, and Writers/Editors among freelancers.
- A greater percentage of Information Architects, Interface/UI Designers, Marketers, Usability Experts, and Web Producers among partners in large companies.
